Healing Properties

  • Healing Properties has been in operation since 2002 and continues to provide men with a safe, clean, healthy, and structured sober living environment to aid those with combating and overcoming alcoholism and drug addiction.
  • In the last 10 years, Healing Properties has earned the reputation as one of the premier halfway houses in Palm Beach County.

Timothy Schnellenberger

  • Founder and CEO of Recovery Boot Camp and Healing Properties Sober Living.
  • Tim has owned and operated Healing Properties Sober Living since 2002.
  • In 2015, Tim saw a need for long-term, step-down treatment and consequently added RBC to the equation.
  • Tim began his work in sober living and rehabilitation as a way of giving back and helping others the way he had been helped.
  • Tim has personally helped dozens of men find recovery and sobriety by utilizing the 12 Step process and coursework in AA’s “Big Book.”

What to Expect

  • Recovery Boot Camp and Healing Properties are centrally located in Delray Beach, Florida; consequently convenient to 12 Step meetings, employment opportunities, and the Atlantic Ocean. 
  • To remain a tenant, one must be actively attending NA/AA meetings, utilizing a 12 Step sponsor, working the 12 Steps, interacting with sober supports, and also implementing daily living skills necessary for long-term recovery.
  • Tenants are screened and monitored closely to ensure that they are both motivated and serious about their recovery from chemical dependency.
  • The goal of HP and RBC is to provide residents with an example of how to live life, build a recovery foundation, and also set an example to others within the community. 
  • The philosophy is based on the genuine principles and traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous in addition to other 12 Step programs.

The RBC Process:

At RBC, we believe longer-term addiction and mental health treatment increases the chances of long-term sobriety. In other words: 30 days is simply never enough. Therefore, we have created a unique and step-down phasing system based on tangible benchmarks being accomplished. Each phase will be at least thirty days in length contingent upon client’s progress made.
